 I hope you are doing well.  You are cordially invited to provide your insights at upcoming focus groups being held next week.

The Southfield DDA is currently developing a 5-year Strategic Plan for the District. This plan will outline clear, achievable steps to guide improvements throughout Southfield’s Historic Cornerstone District. The strategies will focus on three key areas: marketing and communication, infrastructure and aesthetics, and development and redevelopment.

To ensure this plan reflects the needs and priorities of the community, we will be holding multiple stakeholder discussions on Wednesday, February 19th. You are cordially invited to attend one of these focus groups:

1. 10:15 am – 11:15 am | Business Owners

2. 11:30 am – 12:30 pm | Residents

These will be semi-structured discussions with open-ended questions to encourage meaningful dialogue among participants.
