Greet & Eat + Ribbon Cutting – September 24

Join us on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. for a special Greet & Eat Engagement Food Truck Event & Ribbon Cutting at Oakland Community College – Southfield Campus, 22322 Rutland Drive, Southfield, MI 48075.

We’re cutting the ribbon on $20.2 million in public investment that’s transforming our roads, water systems, and parks—plus highlighting the SEMCOG-supported 9Line Trail expansion.

👉 Here’s what to expect:

• Ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:30 a.m.

• Fire truck, police vehicle, and equipment displays

• Safety education and outreach from SFD & SPD

• Free kites (thanks to Kenmar!)

• Cokey’s Food Truck serving lunch (SDDA covering meals for first responders)
